Job Description:

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze HR process requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and data validation in SuccessFactors.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Manage integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and system security standards.
  • Work closely with global HR, IT, and vendor teams to optimize HR processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with SAP support as needed.
  • Stay updated on latest SuccessFactors releases, features, and best practices.
