We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities, coupled with outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and applications using Java and Struts.


- Implement and optimize algorithms to improve system performance and efficiency.


- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.


- Utilize JQuery for efficient client-side scripting and enhance user interfaces.


- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code and system reliability.


- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.


- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices with the team.

Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


- Over 7 years of experience in backend development.
