ABOUT THIS ROLE:We are seeking an Intermediate Accountant with strong experience in US Accounting Practice. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond graduate/junior responsibilities and is confident handling end-to-end compliance for a range of clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO:Prepare and review US Individual, Corporate, and Partnership Tax Returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.)Perform General Ledger Reconciliations and prepare detailed workpapersAssist in year-end Accounting, Financial Statements, and adjusting journal entriesCollaborate with Senior Accountants/Managers to finalize client deliverablesEnsure compliance with IRS Regulations and US GAAPSupport and review the work of junior team members when requiredUtilize US Accounting and Tax software such as QuickBooks, CCH Axcess, Ultratax, or LacerteWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:5+ Years' Experience in a US Public Accounting or CPA FirmStrong understanding of US Tax Laws, Accounting principles, and compliance standardsProficiency with US Accounting and Tax Preparation softwareAbility to manage client deliverables with minimal supervisionExcellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesWe live by our values to cultivate and foster growth and innovation.BE AWESOME: Exceptional individuals create collective genius.
