Proven leadership and team management experience.Experience resolving complex issues; analyzing reports prepared by opposing experts or other parties; interpreting large volumes of data to assess impact; and managing teams to deliver various services. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and internal stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.Direct experience developing and executing against investigation workplans; expert witness analyses for a litigation, dispute or insurance claim; utilization of forensic technology (e.g., data analytics, eDiscovery, digital forensics); and delivering services to outside counsel, general counsel or compliance professionals.Understanding and familiarity with technology solutions necessary to provide a holistic solution to clients.Responsibilities:Recruit, build and develop a team of professionals to support engagements related to Investigations, Litigation and Disputes, Insurance Advisory, and Compliance. Provide guidance to team on Investigations, Litigation and Disputes, Insurance Advisory, and Compliance. Manage team utilization and productivity, including identifying client-based work and ensuring the team is intellectually challenged to drive their success.Develop tools and templates for client deliveryUnderstand how technology can and should be applied to yield the most accurate, efficient and effective work product. Develop best practices for communication and client service delivery for US/India teams. Oversee and ensure the highest quality in delivery of services. Interact with and manage the relationship with multiple US-based project leaders.Manage India team metrics and develop reporting.Mentor, guide and manage team members, investing in their future success.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships across business lines in India to identify opportunities for cross-collaboration.Assist with proposals as needed.
