Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive account expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions aligned with client needs.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Delivery Oversight: Ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
• Act as an escalation point for client issues and work with delivery teams to resolve them.
• Strategic Planning: Develop account plans and strategies to achieve growth objectives.
• Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for solution development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Should have Capital market / Investment banking Domain Experience.
• 13+ years of experience in IT services or consulting, with at least 5 years in client-facing roles.
• Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies (AI, Cloud, Data, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
