As a Supplier Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain meets the high standards required for aerospace applications. Your responsibilities will include:. : Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality and compliance standards.. : Negotiate and formalize supplier agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), to protect company interests.. : Assess supplier capabilities, certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100), and performance to ensure alignment with aerospace industry standards.. : Ensure suppliers match regulatory requirements and provide materials that meet space-grade specifications.. : Regularly review supplier performance metrics, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.. : Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and procurement teams to align supplier capabilities with project needs.● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.● Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related role, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.● Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to analyse supplier data and make informed decisions.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems ● Knowledge of space-grade materials and components.● Experience with supplier audits and performance improvement initiatives.● Understanding of regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry. :Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through LinkedIn.
