For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Microsoft SharePoint Developer.


We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English.


Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage SharePoint records management, Enterprise level migration, customization;
  • Participate in UI/Logic design and developed markups that follow web standards with a rich user experience;
  • Document Low Level Design, Unit Testing Plan, and Unit Test case documentation;
  • Design, develop, code review, bug-fix, and test the application;
  • Assist in Integration Testing;
  • Perform Code optimization and strictly adhere to bank coding standards;
  • Assist in any documentation or any artifacts needed for OIS clearance;
  • Participate in SCRUM meeting and coordination with onsite and offshore team;
  • Perform timely resolution of issues and root cause analysis of each issue;
  • Applied Security Compliance, which includes Application and data security assessment and remediation to attain compliance to WB Office Information Security Policies and Standards;
  • Proactively manage your own work queue, time, and expectations, meet deadlines, and communicate needs and tradeoffs if your schedule is in jeopardy;


Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • +8 Years of Web application development experience working with SharePoint Online, DotNet Core 8 WEB API, SPFX, RESTAPI, and GraphAPI;
  • +3 yrs experience of using Azure services like Storage Account, Web Apps, Functions, Service Bus Topic, Key Vault, and Logic App;
  • Experience with SharePoint records management, Enterprise level migration, customization;
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and Entity Framework;
  • Experience in automating SharePoint API using PowerShell and Power-Automate;
  • Experience in customization and configuration of Web Parts, Master Pages, Managed Metadata, Content Types, Site Columns, List/Site Templates, and Site Definitions;
  • Experience in Internet Information Server configurations, Domain Controller, and Active Directory setup;
  • Experience in application performance monitoring and optimizing;
  • Experience in authorization and authentication methods in SharePoint and Azure Entra;
  • Experience in React and creating custom Web Parts;
  • Experience in Internet Information Server configurations, Domain Controller, and Active Directory setup;
  • Fluent in English;
