We are expanding and looking for potential candidates for AWS Solution Architect Role.

Title : Technical Lead.

Role : AWS Solutions Architect.

Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Lead with a strong background in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in the hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AWS services, Python programming, Terraform, and database management.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of our projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying AWS solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

- Architect complex cloud infrastructure using a wide range of AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, Secret Manager, Route53, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, Custom Authorizer, CloudWatch Log, Event Bridge Scheduler, Kinesis Data Firehose, EC2, VPC Endpoints, ALB, Security Group, and IAM role/policies.

- Develop Python scripts to interact with AWS services, including connecting with Oracle DB using cx_oracle, processing XML and JSON messages, creating AWS resources using boto3, and integrating with internal/external APIs.

- Implement unit test cases using the unit test framework to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Utilize Terraform to manage infrastructure as code (IaC) and automate the deployment of AWS resources.

- Demonstrate expertise in database management, particularly with RDS Oracle SQL and DynamoDB, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, establish technical roadmaps, and drive project execution.

- Provide oversight of development team to ensure they are progressing with the development efforts.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in a production environment, with a focus on hospitality solutions.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming with experience in building and maintaining AWS solutions.

- Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) deployment and management.

- In-depth knowledge of AWS services and best practices, with hands-on experience in architecting and implementing complex solutions.

- Extensive experience with relational databases, particularly RDS Oracle SQL, and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team of engineers.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. AWS certifications (i.e., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) are highly desirable.
