As a Lead Software Engineer at Runo, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering vision and ensuring the highest technical standards.

Your responsibilities will include mentoring and developing the engineering team to achieve both organizational objectives and individual career aspirations.

We're seeking someone with a strong background in full-stack development and proven experience in team management.

Responsibilities :

As a Lead Software Engineer, your job responsibilities typically encompass a combination of technical leadership, project management, and software development tasks.

1. Technical Leadership :

- Lead daily Scrum calls, providing guidance and technical leadership to the team

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
