About The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and integration of intelligent, scalable systems across our platform. This role is ideal for someone with deep software engineering expertise who has evolved into leveraging AI to solve real-world platform and productivity challenges.

You will work at the intersection of architecture and innovation—building systems that are robust today and intelligent tomorrow. The focus is not just on machine learning models, but on how AI can augment core features, developer workflows, and platform experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution & Application Design

• Architect end-to-end solutions using .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, EF Core, SQL Server, and modern cloud services.
• Define scalable architectures that embed AI where it adds the most value—be it through prediction, automation, or smart augmentation
• Drive architectural decision-making for new features, ensuring the right balance between long-term vision and short-term needs.
• Evaluate system requirements, identify technical gaps, and propose robust, future-proof solutions.

Technical Development & Guidance

• Provide technical direction and mentorship to senior engineers and development teams.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
• Build and review proof of concepts (POCs) to validate technology choices and design assumptions.

Cloud, DevOps & Performance

• Design cloud-ready and cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS/Azure services.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to strengthen CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release processes.
• Architect and guide teams in building multi-threaded, distributed, and high-performance systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product teams to assess technical feasibility, estimate effort, and influence product direction.
• Align architecture with business objectives, ensuring solutions meet functional, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, architecture reviews, and technical design sessions.

Troubleshooting & RCA

• Troubleshoot complex system issues in production and non-production environments.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term corrective measures.

Required Skills :

• Strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, Web API, EF Core, SQL Server, and OOP/SOLID principles.
• Deep understanding of architecture patterns — MVC, MVVM, microservices, layered architecture, and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and designing cloud-native applications.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git branching strategies, and modern DevOps practices.
• Proven experience architecting multi-threaded, distributed, and high-availability systems.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Excellent ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Outstanding communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders.
