Job Description :


Standard Salesforce developer skills :


- Configuration, APEX, LWC, REST API integrations

- Development on Salesforce platform using declarative and programming features.( Min 7 to 8 years of Experience)

- Develop test coverage classes.

- Provide bug fixes and carryout technical root cause analysis.

- Participate in reviews and scrum calls and provide updates on the progress and challenges.

- Data loading for testing (SIT /UAT/ Training)

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the organization's business needs.

- Implement Salesforce automation features, workflows, process builders, and custom objects.

System Integration :


- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and other integration tools.

- Work on data migration projects to move data from external sources into Salesforce.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency between Salesforce and integrated systems.

Lightning Platform Customization :

- Develop and customize Salesforce Lightning applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Create user-friendly Lightning pages and components that provide rich, responsive experiences for end-users.

- Migrate existing Salesforce functionality from Classic to Lightning, ensuring compatibility and performance.

Process Automation :

- Implement and optimize Salesforce automation tools like flows, workflows, and process builders to streamline business processes.

- Develop custom triggers and batch jobs for process automation and data manipulation.

- Ensure automation processes follow best practices to minimize system load and maintain performance.

Performance Optimization :

- Review and optimize Salesforce code, queries, and configurations for optimal performance.

- Conduct regular performance analysis and tune the system to improve the speed and efficiency of applications.

- Address and resolve any performance issues as they arise.

Collaboration and Requirements Gathering :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into technical specifications.

- Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and administrators to design and implement solutions.

- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders as needed.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Conduct unit testing and participate in system integration and user acceptance testing.

- Identify and resolve bugs and issues in a timely manner.

- Ensure the quality of the codebase by following coding standards and best practices.

Continuous Learning and Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, features, and best practices.

- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce functionality and deliver value to the organization.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve team performance and product quality.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience :

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Proven experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Salesforce development languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript).

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, process builders, and custom objects.

- Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Single Sign-On).

- Familiarity with Salesforce data tools (e.g., Data Loader, SOQL, Salesforce Reports, and Dashboards).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and user management.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
