Role : Front End Developer - JavaScript.

Location : Pune.

Experience : 2 - 4 Years.

Required Details :

Primary Skills :

- Good understanding of Advanced JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Typescript.

- Exposure to sprites, sound sprite, JSON, animation, and any other front-end technology is an added advantage.

- Programming experience using ES5 & ES6 standard.

- Good understanding of Advanced JavaScript programming concepts


- Functional programming.

- Design patterns.

- Object Oriented programming.

- Declarative programming.

Secondary Skills :

- Exposure to development in Gaming domain.

- Familiarity with source control systems such as GIT, Subversion, etc.

- A flexible approach when working in a team.

- Should have good communication skills as role might require direct client interfacing Flexibility to meet deadlines, client requirements and learn new technologies.

- Tools, code review, responsive, (how many junior and how many senior), performance, customer interview, share project assessment.

Roles and Responsibilities :


Development :


- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.


- Develop user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Typescript.


Collaboration :


- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders.


- Participate in agile development processes (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning).


Project Assessment :


- Assess project requirements and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.


- Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.


Code Reviews & Mentorship :


- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.


- Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skills.


Client Interaction :


- Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.


- Present progress updates and demos to clients.


Learning & Adaptability :


- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development.


- Be willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
