About the Role:


We’re looking for a creatively driven visual storyteller with a strong design sensibility, expertise in video editing, and a curiosity for emerging tools like AI. If you’re passionate about crafting compelling visual content and have hands-on experience in both video and graphic design, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:


Video Editing & Motion Design

  • Edit engaging videos for social media, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound sync.


Graphic & Visual Design

  • Design static and dynamic creatives (social media posts, thumbnails, internal comms, etc.).
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and typography.


AI-Enhanced Creativity

  • Explore and use AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Veo, etc.
  • Assist in creating visual references, mockups, and accelerating design workflows using AI.


Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • A portfolio showcasing diverse work, attention to detail, and creative range.
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy, layout design, and motion principles.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to explore AI-based creative tools.
  • Ability to manage timelines and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.


Good to Have:

  • Basic animation or motion graphics skills.
  • Experience creating content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability to different visual styles.
