Job Summary – Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer, you will combine creativity and technical expertise to deliver functional and aesthetically appealing modular designs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and refine solutions based on feedback. Maintaining awareness of current interior design trends is essential to ensure high-quality, innovative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales funnel and drive project closures.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the project.
  • Lead and maintain the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept to execution.

Expertise & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Interior Design.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Successfully completed 2–4 residential modular kitchen/wardrobe/storage (KWS) projects.
  • Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD and PowerPoint.
  • Strong skills in:
  • Conceptual Design: Layouts, styles, moodboards.
  • Technical Design: Material knowledge, execution details, drawings.
  • Modular Design: Aesthetics, functionality, module planning.
  • Civil & Services: Specifications and installation details.
  • Experience in preparing BOQs and coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to conduct design meetings and deliver convincing, client-focused sales pitches.
