Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our paid advertising campaigns, social media presence, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Paid Ads Management (Google, Meta, etc.), Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Social Media Marketing.

You will play a key role in growing brand awareness, driving qualified leads, and enhancing overall online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Advertising:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Stay updated on social media trends to improve reach and engagement.
  • Content Creation:
  • Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and marketing creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for ads, reels, and campaigns.
  • Write engaging captions, ad copies, and blog posts that align with brand tone.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track KPIs for campaigns, social media, and website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in digital marketing, paid ads, and social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Proficiency in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Basic understanding of web analytics and conversion tracking.
