  • Experience as ServiceNow Architect
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, and others.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and integrations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
  • Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies (REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS).


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Run the sprint cycle, managing allocation of dev stories to developers, helping with any queries/unblocking etc… Includes full management of the agile process.
  • Work with T&L platform owner to agree and manage backlog
  • Capture dev stories and work with team to plan the right way to deliver
  • Hands on technical knowledge of best practice for ITSM module is a MUST. GRC is nice to have.
  • Experienced scrum master/agile delivery professional within depth ServiceNow experience.
  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Define and maintain ServiceNow platform standards, architecture, and governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending adoption where appropriate.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow
