We are looking for highlycompetent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing qualityteaching tools and techniques to students and teachers in Affordable PrivateSchools.Key Responsibilities :● Build capacity by training and coaching School leaders, Academiccoordinators, and teachers in LEAD partner schools to driveimplementation of the LEAD academic system that delivers excellentstudent outcomes.● Support and monitor LEAD School academic system execution in partnerschools through regular observations and data-driven conversations.● Share insightful and meaningful reports at regular intervals to showcasestudent and teacher performance, and interventions that are being carriedout.● Build academic relationships with school owners, principals, academiccoordinators, and teachers● Collaborate with other functions in the organization to effectively solveproblems that hamper partner school’s experience with LEAD.● Proactively gather insights from the field and feed them back internally toimprove the LEAD academic system.● Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating withlarge and diverse teams.● Strong training and facilitation experience in Pedagogy and CurriculumimplementationIdeal Experience Profile :● Education - Any Bachelor's degree (B.Ed, M.Ed preferable)● 3 years in an academic support role, OR● 3-5 years of K-10 teaching experience (Teacher, Principals, Academiccoordinator), OR● 1-2 years of fellowship experience ( eg. Teach For India) and 3-4 years ofpost-fellowship● 2+ years experience of managing teacher teams● EdTech or SchoolTech industry background in academic operations/academic consultant roles.● Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days a monthDepartment: Excellence TeamLocation: Kolhapur
