We are a global leader in the technology arena and there's nothing that can stop us from growing together.TCS Hiring for SAP FICO and Concur LeadExperience Range: - 10+ YearsJob Location: Kolkata & AhmedabadJob DescriptionMust HaveIn-depth knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Profit CentersStrong understanding of S/4HANA functionalities and the transition from SAP ECC, including experience with the New GL features like Document SplittingProficiency in configuring enterprise structures, various FICO modules, and transaction codesFamiliarity with integration tools and methodologies, and an understanding of how FICO integrates with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution)Hands on Knowledge of Concur for expense and travel management, including minor config changes, expense submission, and approvals (Practical experience with Concur Expense and Invoice modules)Good to HaveKnowledge on basic ABAP programming and debuggingFamiliarity with SAP modules and business processes across procurement and MM.Responsibilities or expectations from the role:Implement and maintain financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), accruals, period-end close, and Asset AccountingProvide end-to-end functional support and resolve technical issues for SAP FICO and Concur usersEnsure seamless integration between SAP FICO, SAP Concur, and other related modules (e.g., MM, SD)Collaborate with accounting, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business processes and compliance standards.Provide comprehensive support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with developers to debug ABAP and CDS views, analyze code logic, and support enhancements and bug fixes in custom developments to improve process efficiencyProvide Level 2/3 support, perform root cause analysis for recurring issues, and drive long-term resolution strategies while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Work closely with end Business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions relevant for their needsCreate and maintain functional and technical documentation, including design specifications, config workbooks and Unit test plansParticipate in SAP upgrades, patches, and system enhancementsContinuously keep up to date with new SAP technology offering in SAP Finance space and conduct PoCs and Demonstrate use cases to deliver valueWork closely with end Business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions relevant for their needsMinimum Qualification:15 years of full-time education
