Key Responsibilities :

- Re-imagine and define the architectural roadmap to align with product goals and technological advancements.

- Own and prioritize critical pieces of the technical backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

- Evangelize technical decisions and best practices within the team and organization.

- Design and implement new microservices, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.

- Optimize existing microservices for improved performance and scalability.

- Manage and enhance the product's security posture and deployment architecture.

- Demonstrate strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and core Java/J2EE framework skills.

- Extensive experience with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and JPA (Hibernate or EclipseLink), as well as building RESTful services.

- Proficient in Apache Kafka, Akka, and distributed caching solutions.

- Solid experience with testing frameworks and methodologies, including TDD, JUnit, and integration testing.

- In-depth knowledge of distributed and highly scalable multi-tenant SaaS application architecture.

- Good working knowledge of microservices architecture and various design patterns.

- Familiar with cloud infrastructure and deployment tools, including Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud monitoring tools.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with global teams.

- Willingness to upskill and adapt to a fast-changing and dynamic environment.

- 5+ years of solid experience in enterprise product development, particularly in designing and implementing microservices and cloud-based solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) from a reputed institute; degrees from top-tier engineering institutes are preferred
