Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Developer with 9+ years of professional experience, specializing in Flutter and Android development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Android frameworks.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

3. Architect and implement complex mobile applications with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability.

4. Lead the technical design and implementation of key features and modules.

5. Optimize application code for efficiency, speed, and scalability.

6. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

7. Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.

8. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

9. Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

10. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering/ master's degree preferred.

2. Extensive experience with Flutter framework for building cross platform mobile applications.

3. Strong proficiency in Android development using Kotlin or Java.

4. Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.

5. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration with backend services.

6. Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architectural patterns.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

10. Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

11. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable mobile applications on time and within budget.
