ETL Architect:

Primary skills: Informatica, Data Modeling, and architecture solutions.

Secondary skills: SQL, Netezza, DataStage, SSIS, and Informatica.

Experience: 12-15 years

Key Responsibilities:

· Understand client requirements holistically and lead discussions for clarity.

· Design comprehensive system architectures and get stakeholder sign-offs.

· Engage with customers throughout the project lifecycle from requirements to delivery.

· Leverage the latest best practices in data warehouse, analytics, and cloud solutions.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.

· Ensure quality and best practices are consistently met across all projects.

· Provide RFP response architecture designs and answer technical queries.

· Occasional travel to client and partner locations.

· Optimize Snowflake at both warehouse and database levels.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 12-15 years of experience in architecting and designing data warehouse systems at an enterprise scale.

· At least 5+ years of experience in building end-to-end data warehouse systems using SQL Server, Analysis Services, and Power BI.

· Hands-on experience with the latest data platform features and leading technical teams.

· Proficiency in ETL tools such as Netezza, DataStage, SSIS, and Informatica.

· Strong SQL and scripting skills.

· Experience in managing technical teams and delivering large-scale solutions.

· Excellent communication skills to interact with US clients and stakeholders.

· Experience in the Insurance domain and knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance
