Role Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent in the real estate and construction industry. This position requires deep market research, competitor benchmarking, and proactive headhunting to build a pipeline of high-performing professionals who can drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Talent Mapping: Conduct industry surveys and competitor analysis to identify key talent, compensation trends, and top performers in the real estate and construction sector.
Headhunting & Networking: Proactively source and approach potential candidates through headhunting, referrals, and professional platforms like LinkedIn.
Hiring Execution: Manage end-to-end recruitment — from screening and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding — ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Assessment Coordination: Administer and evaluate aptitude, technical assessments to ensure cultural and role fit.
Reports & Insights: Maintain hiring dashboards, generate recruitment analytics, and provide periodic market intelligence updates to management.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
8+ years’ experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in real estate, construction, or infrastructure domains.
Proven experience in headhunting, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence gathering.
Strong understanding of industry hierarchies, compensation structures, and performance metrics.
Excellent networking skills and ability to engage with senior-level professionals.
