Role Overview


Role Name: TPM Manager


Reporting to: AGM-Manufacturing Operations


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party manufacturers to meet production requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate suitable third-party manufacturing units.
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform commercial feasibility assessments for third-party manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (In-house manufacturing, marketing, quality assurance and R&D) to coordinate production activities.
  • Ensure consistent product supply and build monitoring systems for a 100% fill rate.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize production costs.
  • Develop and execute an outsourcing strategy for optimal transportation and logistics.
  • Build and maintain a resilient supply chain model to prevent disruptions.
  • Develop and utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve third-party manufacturers.


Key Qualifications:


  • Degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology
  • Preferably in Packaged food industry handled both Dairy and Non-Dairy products. Must have experience working as a Plant In-charge, Plant Manager, or TPM Manager
