Job Description :


In this lead developer role, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and deployment of our software products. You will leverage your strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities to create high-quality, maintainable codebases across the entire software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

1. Frontend Development :

- Develop user-friendly and responsive web interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS (preprocessors preferred), and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular 8+).

- Write clean, modular, and reusable UI components using TypeScript and best practices.

- Integrate seamlessly with backend APIs and services.

2. Backend Development :

- Design and implement robust backend APIs using C# and the .NET Framework.

- Utilize Entity Framework for efficient data access and manipulation.

- Develop RESTful APIs that adhere to industry standards and security best practices.

3. Full-Stack Collaboration :

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) to ensure project alignment with business goals and user needs.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

4. Deployment & Operations :

- Support the deployment of new features and products to production environments.

- Understand CI/CD pipelines and integrate development efforts seamlessly.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong track record of building and deploying complex software applications.

Proficiency in :

- Frontend : HTML5, CSS3 (preprocessors like Sass or Less preferred), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Angular 8+

- Backend : C#, . NET Framework, Entity Framework Core

- Databases : Microsoft SQL Server (or equivalent relational database)

- APIs : RESTful API design principles

- Version Control : Git

- CI/CD : Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies (a plus)

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- A passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. , Microsoft Azure)

- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha)

- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes (a plus)
