Role OverviewWe're seeking a motivated and curious Data Science Intern to support the development of AI/ML solutions in areas like document intelligence, agentic workflows, and model experimentation. This internship offers hands-on experience working with cutting-edge tools and collaborating with a dynamic team focused on real-world applications.
- Assist in building classification models using NLP techniques
- Experiment with large language models (LLMs) and agent frameworks
- Clean, label, and preprocess large-scale document datasets
- Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific use cases
- Analyze model performance and contribute to iterative improvements
- Document research findings and development processes clearly
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy)
- Familiarity with NLP and deep learning frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, TensorFlow or PyTorch)
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases
- Experience working with Jupyter notebooks, APIs, and Git version control
- Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agentic frameworks
- Prior experience with document-based AI tasks or LLM agents
