Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As an SAP ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ABAP-based solutions that integrate with SAP modules and support various business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP technologies, programming languages, and database management.

Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and customize SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects) to meet business requirements.

2. Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

3. Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed solutions.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ABAP programs and interfaces in a timely manner.

5. Optimize and enhance existing ABAP code to improve performance and maintainability.

6. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices to ensure the adoption of industry standards.

7. Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users as needed.

8. Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution activities in alignment with project deadlines and milestones.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.

3. Proficiency in ABAP programming language, including Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP).

4. Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP.

5. Experience in developing and customizing SAP reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects).

6. Knowledge of SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, ABAP Editor, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.

7. Familiarity with SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAPUI5 is a plus.

8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

10. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
