About Us We are a 3-year-old, agentic AI startup transforming enterprise B2B sales with a multi-agent AI operating system across the full sales cycle—from account intelligence to RFP automation and targeted outreach. With funding from tier-1 VCs (PeakXV, Stellaris, General Catalyst) and strong traction globally, our mission is to empower GTM teams with precision, speed, and scale.

What You'll Do As our Head of Engineering, you will architect, build, and lead a world-class engineering organization. You'll:

  • Own the end-to-end engineering strategy: platform, infrastructure, reliability, and scale.
  • Design and evolve our agentic AI systems.
  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary rockstar team across backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and GTM Leads to prioritize impactful roadmap items.
  • Drive best practices in engineering: code quality, testing, cloud-native architecture, security, compliance (SOC2/ISO), and Agile processes.
  • Ensure our platform scales across cloud infrastructure and microservices.
  • Recruit top-tier engineering talent to support rapid product expansion and new feature development.
  • Maintain uptime, performance, and security for a SaaS platform trusted by enterprises worldwide.

You Have:

  • 10+ years in engineering roles with 3+ years leading high-performing engineering teams in SaaS or AI-driven startups.
  • Proven success in building and scaling complex, distributed systems in cloud environments.
  • Strong background in backend architectures, microservices, APIs, and integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Slack).
  • Hands-on experience with ML/AI systems, including LLM/applications, prompt design.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, data encryption).
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling, observability, and reliability engineering.
  • Excellent partner-oriented mindset—strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, mission-driven, ownership-first attitude suited to high-growth startups.
