- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, and programmers, to bring game concepts to life.

2. Unreal Engine Expertise :

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Unreal Engine framework, including creating and maintaining multiplayer functionality, integrating third-party assets, and implementing game physics systems.

3. Performance Optimization :

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks by implementing efficient code, optimizing assets, and improving overall game performance on various platforms.

4. Technical Leadership :

- Mentor and guide junior developers, imparting your knowledge and expertise to create a high-performing development team.

- Stay informed about current industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance game development processes and techniques.

5. Collaborative Mindset :

- Actively participate in agile development methodologies, including agile planning, code reviews, and continuous integration.

- Engage in productive communication, providing feedback and guidance during project discussions.

Requirements :

1. Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in game development, with a specialization in Unreal Engine.

- Proven track record of working on successful game projects, preferably AAA titles.

2. Expertise :

- Proficiency in C++ programming, Blueprint scripting, and a comprehensive understanding of the Unreal Engine toolset.

- Extensive knowledge of rendering, physics simulation, and multiplayer implementation.

3. Passion for Gaming :

- Demonstrated passion for video games and a strong desire to create extraordinary gaming experiences.
