We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Document requirements and prepare functional specifications in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure tasks are delivered as per requirements.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation such as process flows, use cases, and reports.
  • Assist in testing activities by creating test cases, scenarios, and validating deliverables against requirements.
  • Track project progress, update status reports, and highlight risks or delays to the project manager.
  • Provide end-user support, including creating user guides and training materials.
  • Stay updated on industry practices and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Around 1 year of proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of software project lifecycles and requirements gathering.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with good General Knowledge to stay informed and bring meaningful awareness into discussions and decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
