Cority Developer

We're looking for a Senior Cority Developer to join our team and drive the configuration, customization, and optimization of our Cority platform. Key Responsibilities:Configure and customize the Cority platform to align with EHS program requirements.Develop and maintain modules, dashboards, forms, and reports in Cority.Integrate Cority with other enterprise systems (HR, ERP, BI platforms).Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to translate business needs into technical specs.Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.Perform data migrations, uploads, and exports.Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements.Maintain technical documentation for configurations and workflows.✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:6+ years of experience with Cority or similar EHS management systems.Proficiency in Cority configuration tools and modules (Safety, Occ. Health, Occ. Hygiene).Experience with JavaScript, SQL, API integrations.Technical expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework/Dapper, Microservices, and Web APIs.Strong front-end experience with Angular/React, HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript.Experience with relational databases (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).Familiarity with CI/CD practices.Solid understanding of EHS processes and regulatory frameworks.Cority certification is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
