We seek a cybersecurity leader to define and drive the security vision—balancing strategy and technical depth, ensuring resilience and compliance, and fostering a security-first culture as we scale globally.What will you get to work on?As the Head of Cybersecurity, you will:● Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity framework aligned with industry standards, including PCI DSS and SOC 2.● Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and certifications (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC 2).● Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities for threat detection and response.● Manage the investigation, mitigation, and resolution of security incidents.● Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, processes, and controls across the organization. ● Conduct regular cybersecurity training sessions for employees to foster a culture of security awareness.● Evaluate, select, and implement security tools and technologies.● Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure they adhere to Osfin's security requirements.What do we expect from you?● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.● 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity management or a similar role.● Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, SOC 2, and related compliance standards.● Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.● Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.● Excellent understanding of network security, endpoint security, and cloud security. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Hands-on experience managing a Security Operations Center (SOC).● Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.● Ability to manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals.Why join us?Discover unparalleled professional and financial growth by joining our dynamic team, where we offer:● A remarkable team of industry experts with a proven track record for driving impact● Competitive compensation packages and a generous Employee Stock Ownership Plan● Opportunities to work with leading customers across diverse industries● An engaging and enjoyable work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation
