OVERVIEWAn opportunity for a sales coordinator to join our Sales team and will be responsible for supporting the sales process of a reputed manufacturing company in KolkataEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field preferredCOMPETENCY Minimum 2 years work experience in Manufacturing Industry (preferably Gas, Engineering)Understanding of Sales process and commercial terms of sales.Skilled in quotations and proposals preparationExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MSOffice (Word , Excel, Powerpoint)Ability to manage In house Sales activitiesRESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for activities related to the daily sales operations which includes:Assist sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and sales reportsCoordinate day to day sales operation to ensure smooth workflowMaintain and update customer records and sales databaseManage order processing and follow up with internal teams ( Production, QC, Despatch)Track order status and provide timely update to clients.Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payment and documentation.Perks and Benefits:Range of gross salary INR 20K - 30K per month, based on candidates competency level.
