- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and team members.

- Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

- Identify and resolve integration issues and bottlenecks during development, testing, and production phases.

- Troubleshoot MuleSoft integration components such as connectors, APIs, and data transformations.

- Implement security best practices for MuleSoft APIs, including OAuth, JWT, and policy enforcement.

- Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for MuleSoft applications.

- Stay up to date with the latest MuleSoft and integration technologies, tools, and industry trends.

- Assist in project scoping, timeline estimation, and resource planning for MuleSoft-related projects.

Skills & Qualifications Required :

- Strong proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for API development and integration.

- Hands-on experience with Mule components including HTTP, SFTP, Salesforce connectors, SMTP, Object Store, and Schedulers.

- Experience with SOAP and REST web services, and understanding of API protocols and standards.

- Proficiency in API governance, security policies, and versioning control.

- In-depth understanding of SOA/EAI patterns and principles for application integration.

- Experience designing scalable and reusable integration architectures for large enterprise environments.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client interactions.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs into functional technical solutions.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance, connectivity, and application issues.

Preferred Qualifications :

- MuleSoft Certification (MCD-Level 1 or higher) is a significant advantage.

- Experience in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid deployments.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Salesforce, AWS, or other cloud platforms
