Job Description :


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Data Platform (CDP) Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our CDP infrastructure to unify customer data from various sources, ensuring data quality, and enabling personalized customer experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, cloud technologies, and marketing technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Architect and Design CDP Solutions :

- Lead the design and architecture of the Customer Data Platform to unify and integrate customer data from multiple sources (CRM, web analytics, social media, etc.).

- Ensure the platform supports data enrichment, segmentation, identity resolution, and activation across channels.

2. Data Integration and Management :

- Oversee the integration of various data sources into the CDP, ensuring high data quality and consistency.

- Implement data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

3. Technology Leadership :

- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to build and scale the CDP.

- Work closely with IT, engineering, and data science teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data infrastructure.

4. Customer Experience Enablement :

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand business needs and design solutions that enable personalized customer interactions.

- Design data models and workflows to support advanced customer segmentation and predictive analytics.

5. Performance Optimization :

- Monitor the performance of the CDP and optimize for speed, reliability, and scalability.

- Implement best practices for data storage, processing, and retrieval to ensure high availability and low latency.

6. Documentation and Training :

- Create detailed documentation of the CDP architecture, data flows, and integration points.

- Provide training and support to technical and non-technical teams on using the CDP effectively.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.

Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related fields.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing Customer Data Platforms or similar data-centric architectures.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related data services.

- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration tools (e.g., Talend, Apache NiFi, Informatica).

- Experience with marketing technologies such as CRM systems, DMPs, CDPs, and analytics platforms.

- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.

- Knowledge of machine learning and AI techniques applied to customer data.

- Certifications in relevant technologies (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, etc.).
