About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented GenAI Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI solutions that leverage the power of large language models (LLMs).

Your diverse skillset, encompassing programming expertise, AI knowledge, and strong communication abilities, will be essential for driving innovation and creating impactful AI solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement novel generative AI solutions using Java and Python.

- Utilize LLMs effectively for tasks such as natural language processing, text generation, and other forms of generative AI.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., data scientists, product managers) to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and workflows.

- Lead the entire AI lifecycle for assigned projects, including conceptual approach creation, technical analysis, development, unit testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in programming languages (Java and Python) and relevant frameworks (e. g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy).

- Solid understanding of generative AI principles and techniques, including Recurrent Attention Models (RAG) and prompt engineering.

- Experience in utilizing LLMs for NLP or generative AI applications.

- Prior experience in developing and deploying chatbot or conversational AI systems is a plus.

- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence concepts and machine learning principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
