Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .Net- applications.

- Lead the development team in the design phase, implementation, and deployment of software projects.

- Work with project managers and clients to understand requirements and- deliver innovative solutions.

- Implement performance and quality modules to ensure software quality and responsiveness.

- Collaborate with other team members to integrate .Net applications with- existing systems.

- Provide technical support for web, desktop, or mobile applications.

- Update and maintain documentation for software functionality and code.

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

- Mentor junior developers, reviewing their code and providing constructive- feedback.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related- field.

- 4-8 years of experience in .Net development, with a strong- understanding of the . Net Core and object-oriented programming- principles.

- Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.

- Familiarity with the ASP. NET Core and design/architectural patterns- (e. , SOLID and Clean Architecture).

- Familiar with SQL database and NO SQL database (MongoDB)

- Blazor knowledge.

- Familiar with unit testing frameworks (eg : xunit, bunit, nunit, msunit ).

- Experience with cloud services (e. , Azure, AWS).

- Writing HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and developing usable Web UIs- using Responsive Design (Bootstrap).

- Knowledge of Windows Presentation Framework and creating database- schemas that represent and support business processes.

- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

- Proficiency with Git or any other version control systems.

- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects- with tight deadlines.

- Ability to quickly grasp complex business and technical requirements and- express those clearly in written and verbal form.

- Experience in using Agile & Scrum software frameworks.

Nice to Have :

- Experience developing reports and/or data visualizations is a plus.

- Experience or knowledge of devOps CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e. , Docker, Kubernetes).
