Required Experience: 3 - 5 YearsPosition Summary: Blue Monkfish seeks a creative and organized professional to serve as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (“Designer/Editor”). The Designer/Editor will support the Marketing team by creating materials that advance our marketing efforts. We are seeking candidates who value collaboration, creative solutions, and teamwork. The work location for this position will be in Mohali, Punjab.Responsibilities:Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms.Create visually appealing graphic designs for marketing materials.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and graphic design.Work with other departments to understand their content needs.Optimize video content for different social media platforms.Maintain an organized library of video and graphic assets.Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.Review and make necessary revisions to content based on feedback.Ensure all content is of the highest quality and free of errors.Assist in the development of storyboards and scripts.Use motion graphics and special effects to enhance video content.Export and deliver final video files in the required formats.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard software.Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for video and graphic issues.Continuously improve skills through training and professional development.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, or related field.Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer.Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).Experience with Final Cut Pro and other video editing software.Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Knowledge of motion graphics and special effects.Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions.Strong organizational and time management skills.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.Technical proficiency in video and graphic file formats and codecs.Experience with color grading and audio editing.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field3-5 years of experience in graphic designProficient in Adobe Creative SuiteStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skillsPortfolio of work
