Role Overview : .

As an AI Specialist at Aevevo Technology, you play a pivotal role in driving the development of AI solutions, specializing in avatar creation and healthcare systems.

Leveraging your expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and healthcare technology, you contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of innovative AI-driven products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Avatar Development :

- Lead the design and development of AI avatars capable of engaging in natural, context-aware conversations.

- Implement advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enable seamless interactions with users.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and intuitive avatar interfaces.

Healthcare System Development :

- Design and deploy AI-powered healthcare solutions, including diagnostic tools, patient monitoring systems, and personalized treatment planners.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards, such as HIPAA, while handling sensitive patient information.

- Optimize healthcare workflows through the integration of AI technologies, improving efficiency and patient outcomes.

Machine Learning and Data Analysis :

- Apply advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze healthcare data and extract actionable insights.

- Develop predictive models to support clinical decision-making and optimize resource allocation in healthcare settings.

- Perform rigorous testing and validation of machine learning models to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Collaboration and Leadership :

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals, to define project requirements and deliver solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

- Contribute to the strategic direction of AI initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the market.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in AI development, with a focus on avatar creation and healthcare systems.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR) and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

- Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects on time and within budget.
