Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned SharePoint Tech Lead with a strong background in SharePoint development, administration, and migration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex SharePoint solutions and leading technical teams.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and PowerShell.

- Create and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, web parts, and content types.

- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems to optimize business processes.

- Lead SharePoint migration projects from older versions to SharePoint Online or newer on-premises versions.

- Plan and execute SharePoint upgrade projects, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the SharePoint development team.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.

- Strong proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, PowerShell, and related technologies.

- Experience in SharePoint migration projects.

- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate.

- Knowledge of cloud-based SharePoint environments (SharePoint Online).

- Certifications in SharePoint or related technologies
