Roles & Responsibilities:
Brand & Communications Strategy:
- Identify, measure, and drive key brand KPIs with a timely update to all stakeholders.
- Build and implement the communications strategy to meet business objectives like increase in traffic, leads, product awareness.
- Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, digital and owned platforms to build the credibility of our brand.
- To grow the awareness of the brand through various channels like content, business communication and more.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, monitor key brand metrics and competitors’ activities.
- Own all brand marketing activities, customer insights, content strategy and in-house design.
Communications production:
- Complete responsibility for all on and off-us communication to drive traffic and impact business.
- Ability to write/edit clear and concise content unique to the platform, and influence/direct designers and art directors for creative layouts.
- Develop compelling narratives for product marketing as well as brand marketing initiatives.
- Manage ATL/BTL creative development apart from the digital communication to drive performance marketing.
- Ensure that there is cohesion of voice, positioning, look, tone and feel at all points of engagement.
- Manage the expansive agency and freelancer ecosystem to support high-scale content production.
- To measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
Content Marketing:
- Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness.
- Creating both long and short form content including documents, audio, videos, logos, slide presentations, spreadsheets, and websites, landing pages, product pages etc.
- Implementing best practices to ensure all content ranks well and demonstrates an understanding of its target audience.
- Drive Content Marketing initiatives including but not limited to content placements, DPR, etc.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Trade Marketing:
- Develop and maintain content and media strategy and structure representing the complete portfolio and value propositions in a consistent and impactful way for ensuring maximum sales support and traction.
- Develop various sales support initiatives and merchandise.
- Plan and schedule promotional events and on-ground activation.
New capabilities and created business:
- Drive the development of content capabilities around production, automation, distribution, and amplification, thereby leading to a reduction in TAT and costs.
- Identifying opportunities for revenue maximization.
- Create New IPs to build brand and offer monetization opportunities for Response Team Work closely with Response and RMD teams to ensure P&L deliverables.
- This role demands that the candidate work closely with Response team, RMD team, Edit Team.
