As a Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in the creative process, contributing to every stage from researching and conceptualizing to designing reusable templates, tweaking pixels, and beyond. Your day-to-day is never the same: Fast-paced, often fun, and never boring. You have an instinctive ability to understand the creative brief and design stunning creatives that will stand out from the crowd. You love wearing multiple hats and working with multiple stakeholders.Your day to day responsibilities shall encompassCollaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop design solutions for advertising campaigns across various channels and formats, including web, mobile, social media, and print.Design and produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing creatives that meet the clients' needs and standards.Create reusable templates and design guidelines that can be easily adapted for future campaigns.Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the quality of the creatives.Work closely with the account team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the projects.What you’ll need to succeed in the roleExperience in an ad agency or similar environment, with a impressive portfolio of work showcasing your design skills and experience in creating ad banners for different channels and formatsMust have a good eye for aesthetics and strong conceptual skills with a high sense of design, illustration, layout, and typography, line composition, color theory, and other graphic design fundamentalsHands-on experience with key design-related software like Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Adobe After Effects / SketchAbility to juggle multiple, varying assignments and prioritize effectivelyMust have a grasp of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTokPrevious work on website graphics, branding, experience with motion graphics/ animation/ video is a plusA portfolio that proves you’re making something you are passionate aboutAbility to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skillsExperience in motion graphics, animation, UI/UX design, or other related areas.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologiesKnowledge of video editing and post-production softwareIf you are a talented visual designer with a passion for creating beautiful and engaging creatives, we want to hear from you.About DeltaXDeltaX is a Data-Driven Digital Advertising Platform built for Agencies and Advertiser.
