Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- As a Data Scientist, you will develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

- Use Statistical methods to understand the datasets, draw elementary insights and decide on algorithms.

- Perform data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model selection to improve model performance.

- Own the end-to-end process of development (conducting experiments for data generation to model development).

- Develop metrics relevant for evaluation of model performance.

- As a part of R&D group, contribute with the emerging techniques and apply based on the relevance to the business.

- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- A Graduate / post graduate in STEM with Data Science certification with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

- Excellent programming skills in Python, knowledge on various libraries such as TensorFlow, NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Keras and many more.

- Hands-on experience on various machine learning algorithms, exposure to deep learning and other emerging Data Science algorithms such as Reinforced Learning, Generative AI, AR-VR etc.

- Knowledge on Optimization Techniques preferred.

- Should have demonstrated taking at least 3-5 ML model to market/production in previous experience.

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

- Must have good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
