Reports to: Founding Chairman; MD


We are looking for a strategic, analytical and execution-focused professional to work closely

with our Founding Chairman & CEO in driving critical business projects and organization-

wide initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving

complex problems and can seamlessly shift between strategy and operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Chairman & CEO, supporting key business priorities

and decision-making.

  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects - including digital initiatives, new business

programs, and operational improvement efforts.

  • Drive execution discipline across initiatives: define milestones, track KPIs, and ensure

follow-through.

  • Facilitate leadership reviews and offsites, ensuring clarity, alignment, and

measurable outcomes.

  • Support high-impact strategic initiatives focused on growth, cost optimization, and

efficiency improvement.

  • Prepare executive briefs, business cases, and stakeholder communication for board

and investor interactions.

  • Manage the organisation wide OKRs and ensure the strategic alignment are

prioritised and focussed


Ideal Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB, Kearney, or similar) or a

strategy role in a high-growth environment.

  • Strong academic credentials - IIT/IIM background preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-evolving business landscape.
