Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Developer specializing in Android to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in developing Android applications.

This role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that meet our clients' needs. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and robust mobile solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis :

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather and analyze requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications and development tasks.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Conduct thorough testing of applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.

- Identify and fix bugs, and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Deployment and Maintenance :

- Deploy applications to the Google Play Store and manage updates.

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing applications.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

Documentation and Best Practices :

- Maintain detailed documentation of code, configurations, and processes.

- Adhere to and promote best practices in mobile development, including code reviews and continuous integration.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve issues.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Android application development.

- Proven track record of developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications.

Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages.

- Extensive experience with Android SDK and Android Studio.

- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries and APIs.

- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
