Job Title : Oracle Fusion General Ledger Consultant

Job Type : Full-time Contract (Remote)

Experience Level : 3-4 years

Location : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is mandatory.

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion General Ledger.

- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion General Ledger configurations.

- Configure Oracle Fusion General Ledger according to business requirements.

- Customize Oracle Fusion General Ledger to meet specific business needs.

- Develop and execute test scripts to ensure system functionality and data accuracy.

- Provide end-user training and support during Oracle Fusion General Ledger implementation.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle Fusion General Ledger.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external consultants.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Keep abreast of Oracle Fusion updates and enhancements, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

- Document configurations, customizations, and procedures related to Oracle Fusion General Ledger.
