Job Description

Minimum 3-5 Years of IT Experience in Collibra Administration - 5+ Years of IT Experience.


Hands-on experience with Collibra (preferably version 5.x or higher).

Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles.

Familiarity with Collibra Console, DGC, and Collibra Connect (integration via MuleSoft or APIs).

Experience with workflow design using BPMN and Collibra’s workflow engine.

Proficiency in SQL and scripting for automation and integration.

Need to work in 24/7 L2 Support model.

Should have meticulous and detailed problem-solving skills.

Excellent Analytical, Communication & Reporting Skills.

Should have experience working in ITIL Process , ServiceNow, Control-M or equivalent.


Role: L2 Data Tools Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform across environments.

• Configure workflows, domains, assets, and roles to support data governance initiatives.

• Manage user access, permissions, and security policies within Collibra.

• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Collibra support as needed.

• Collaborate with data stewards, governance teams, and business users to ensure metadata accuracy and policy compliance.

• Integrate Collibra with enterprise systems (e.g., data catalogues, ETL tools, BI platforms).

• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.

• Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.
