Qualifications:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on AI and NLP.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and tools (e.g., tokenization, named entity recognition, spaCy, NLTK, Transformers).

- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, such as RNNs, LSTMs, CNNs, and transformers.

- Experience with speech recognition technologies and datasets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and NLP solutions to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.

- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI and NLP technologies into our products.

- Conduct data exploration and analysis to understand and interpret complex data sets.

- Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and reusable code and libraries for data processing and modelling.

- Implement and optimize algorithms for text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, language generation, and other NLP tasks.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and NLP, and apply them to improve existing models and systems.

- Communicate findings and insights through reports, visualizations, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance and support to the team.

- Work independently with good communication skills

- Project lifecycle understanding

- Leading a small team is preferred but not mandatory
