Commercial Advisor – Build Million-Dollar Holding Companies from Your Jurisdiction
Type: Freelance with strong potential for retainer or fixed compensation

The Role
Kimbocorp is looking for independent, motivated individuals who want to become the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)-equivalent of cross-border commercial advisory. You’ll work closely with business owners, founders, professionals, and investors in your region to help them establish Singapore-based holding companies — one of the world’s most trusted and efficient jurisdictions for asset protection, business scalability, and tax optimisation.
You will be a licensed advisor under Kimbocorp, helping clients:
- Create pre-incorporation sandbox businesses
- Structure shareholders and directors
- Sign early LOIs and prepare agreements
- Formalise their holding companies with full digital and advisory support
Your Responsibilities
- Introduce a minimum of 3 qualified stakeholders per month to explore Singapore structures
- Guide leads from your network into onboarding discussions or sandbox creation
- Follow up with prospects, share proposals, and close deals
- Attend weekly training sessions and advisory townhalls
- Provide 1-on-1 guidance to clients alongside our Singapore-based team
- Grow your own book of business and build a repeatable referral network
