Role Overview :


We are looking for experienced Java + React Developers to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will have a robust foundation in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, coupled with proven experience in React JS for front-end development. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Maintain Web Applications : Create, test, and deploy efficient, scalable, and maintainable web applications using Core Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

- Microservices Development : Build and support scalable microservices that cater to various business functions and enable seamless integration with other systems.

- Front-End Development with React : Design and implement dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React JS, ensuring an optimal user experience across platforms.

- Database Management : Work with relational and non-relational databases to store, manage, and retrieve data efficiently. Ensure smooth data integration between back-end services and front-end interfaces.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

- Code Reviews & Best Practices : Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to the adoption of best practices, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards are upheld.

- Problem Solving & Debugging : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle, from development to production.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay up to date with the latest developments in software engineering, particularly in Java, React, and Microservices. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance product performance, scalability, and reliability.


Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Core Java : Deep understanding of Core Java, including object-oriented programming principles, multi-threading, and memory management.

- Spring Boot Expertise : Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building RESTful services and microservices architectures.

- Microservices Development : Proven experience in building scalable, reliable, and efficient microservices using Java-based technologies.

- React JS : Hands-on experience in developing interactive and responsive front-end applications using React JS and related technologies (Redux, Hooks, etc.).

- Database Technologies : Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and proficiency in database integration.

- API Design & Integration : Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs, enabling seamless communication between front-end and back-end services.

- Version Control : Proficient in using version control tools like Git for managing and collaborating on codebases.

- Agile Methodologies : Experience working in an Agile environment, following Scrum or Kanban methodologies, and contributing to iterative development cycles.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.


- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins.


- Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and front-end testing libraries.
