- Minimum of 5 years of Oracle CX Cloud functional experience

- Understand Customer requirements and prepare functional design documents.

- Understand the Cloud ERP Data model given bridging functional integration with Sales & Services Cloud and CPQ.

- Experience in at least one large-scale full-life cycle implementation of Oracle CX Sales, Service, and Field Service Cloud Applications.

- Excellent customer-facing with the ability to establish trust with all partners.


- Prior experience working with US-based clients/counterparts.

- Experience in Oracle EBS in the following modules :


1. Field Service

2. Depot Repair

3. Quoting

4. Install Base

5. Order Management

6. Configurator

7. Service Contracts
